Indians, Americans pick up first Hundred teams

The London-based Oval Invincibles and Birmingham Phoenix have become the first franchises in English cricket's The Hundred to be sold, bringing in more than £100m (€120m/$124m) to the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).
